Pilot terms · legal sign-off required before public production

Terms

netwy provides event-centered professional networking tools. It is not a ticket seller, payment processor, employment agency, investment adviser, marketplace or permanent messaging service.

Accounts

MVP access uses LinkedIn OpenID Connect. Users must provide accurate professional information and must not impersonate another person or misuse another person’s account.

Event access

Event organizers control event configuration and access. Public, unlisted, private, invite-only, approval-required and external-registration modes may impose different admission rules. netwy access does not itself prove purchase, payment or official event admission.

Professional conduct

Users must not harass, spam, impersonate, scrape private attendee information, bypass access controls, send unlawful content or use netwy to compromise another user or organizer. netwy may support blocking, reporting, moderation, removal and suspension.

Connections and chat

Accepted Connections become persistent netwy Contacts. Chat remains scoped to the source Event and becomes read-only when networking closes. Long-term professional communication is expected to continue through external professional channels such as LinkedIn.

Organizer responsibility

Organizers are responsible for event configuration, participant access decisions, external registration information, moderation operations and the accuracy of event content they publish.

Availability and changes

Pilot software may change and may occasionally be unavailable. netwy does not guarantee that every event, connection request, message delivery, Push notification or third-party service will be continuously available.

External services

Links to LinkedIn, event organizers, ticketing/registration providers or other external services are governed by those services. netwy is not responsible for their transactions or content.

Before public production

The operating legal entity must complete jurisdiction-specific legal review, governing-law, liability, consumer/business classification, acceptable-use, contact and dispute terms before a public production launch.
